You can browse reviews without creating an account. We aim to collect as little personal data as practical. This policy explains what may be processed when you use the site or email us — and what choices you have under Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA) and, where they apply, provincial rules such as Quebec’s Law 25.
Browsing. Server and hosting logs may include IP address, browser/device type, timestamps, pages requested and referring URLs (approximate location can be derived from IP).
Email. If you write to us, we process the address and content you send so we can reply.
Local storage. The on-site bonus widget may store a remaining-spins count in your browser via local storage — not as a site-wide login account.
We do not run an on-site chat assistant or player accounts.
Some pages include a small “spin for bonus” widget. It keeps a spin counter in local storage on your device so the remaining count survives a refresh. That value never leaves your browser as an account profile. You can remove it by clearing site data / local storage for aviator-casino.ca.
We use data to operate and secure the site, answer email enquiries, improve content and UX, measure affiliate click performance where partners attribute referrals, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.
For Canadian visitors we typically rely on purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances (PIPEDA): running a secure editorial site, basic server logs, and answering mail you send us. Where another privacy law applies (for example Quebec Law 25 or GDPR if you browse from the EU), we may also rely on legitimate interests, your request when you email us, and consent where a non-essential cookie requires it. You can object or withdraw consent where that law applies — see “Your rights” below.
We and partners may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies. Details and controls: Cookie Policy. This site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which can set cookies or log your IP on Google’s servers. Affiliate networks may set cookies when you follow outbound offer links (including the BEST BONUS button).
Hosting / infrastructure — process connection and server logs to deliver the site.
Google Fonts — serves Oswald and Inter from Google’s CDN; Google may process your IP and browser data under its own privacy policy.
Affiliate / offer partners — when you click outbound casino or bonus links, those sites and their networks (including bonus-999.com) may receive referral data and set their own cookies.
Outbound casino sites are not controlled by us. We do not send browsing data to an AI chat provider.
Some providers (including hosting and Google Fonts) may process data in countries outside Canada, such as the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers and on the fact that emailing us is a voluntary feature you choose to use.
Server logs — kept as long as needed for security, abuse prevention and operations, then deleted or aggregated (typically on the order of weeks to a few months, depending on the host).
Email — kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted unless we must retain it for legal reasons.
Bonus widget — local storage stays until you clear it.
Affiliate attribution — controlled by the partner after you click out.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or correct personal data we hold, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or a provincial commissioner such as Quebec’s CAI). To exercise a request: email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject, describe what you need, and include enough detail for us to find relevant records (for example the email address you used). We aim to respond within 30 days where applicable law sets that timeframe. You can also block cookies, use private browsing, or clear local storage to remove the on-device spin counter.
AviatorCanada is for adults of legal gambling age in their province (18+ or 19+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it where feasible. See Responsible Gambling.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our tools, partners or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes take effect when published here.
